Coconut Dumplings 

Ingredients:

  1 1/2 Cup Flour

  1        Cup Grated Coconut

  1        Tsp Salt

  1/2     Tsp Baking Powder

  1/4     Cup Margarine

  Instructions:

Sift flour into mixing bowl.  Combine coconut, salt, baking powder, margarine, milk and mix until stiff.  Let stand for about 10 minutes then roll dough into small balls.  Flatten ball with a rolling  pin.

Bring pot of water to boil, put in flattened dough and let it boil for 20 minutes.

 Serve with Fry Fish or Salt Fish.
